There may be signs in the hands that are difficult to understand and read because they require immersion and understanding of the connections in the hands. But there can also be signs that are more straightforward. Nails, nail polish and rings on the fingers are some of the signs that are visible, but also easier to read.
Each finger has a primary meaning. Each finger has a specific form of energy that comes from within and that wants to get out into life – or into ourselves. When you put a ring on the individual finger, you show where your focus lies, but also where you want progress and recognition.
Where are your rings?
The thumb: You seek a stronger identity, willpower and drive. You seek to become clear to your surroundings.
The index finger: You seek your identity in other people. Preferably via the things you do or work on. You seek to be seen.
Middle finger: You seek personal support. You seek self-insight and self-understanding.
The little finger: You seek to underscore your communication. You want to be heard.
You have probably noticed that the ring finger is not on the list. It is the finger that most often has a ring on it. I always read what stands out. So if you wear a ring on your ring finger, the ring itself must also be included before I read. The ring must be different or have an expression that “speaks to me”.
The ring itself – regardless of which finger – naturally also has a meaning. And location in relation to right and left. There is a stronger inner desire when you put your rings on your left hand. If you put your ring on a finger on the right hand, there tends to be a desire to be seen by other people.
If you have rings on several fingers, you simply reinforce the cohesion between the fingers in question. You are at a period when it is important to you that you do something about your challenges and at the same time take care of yourself. Too many rings can also be a sign of lack of self-esteem.
Do you use nail polish and rings?
Then you unconsciously work on your attitude. The clear nail polish is the one that I see the most in my palm readings. It is about being seen as an honest person. At least during the period when the nail polish is used. I often see the black nail polish on people who show rebellion and have a deeper personal side that others are not allowed to see nor access.
I see more and more hands with artificial nails. They are beautiful and a part of the time. They come in different lengths and colors. If you use artificial nails, you tend to have a desire for a certain public appearance. But underneath the artificial nails also hides something that is not completely taken care of. Maybe because you don’t have time. Maybe because you don’t know how to get in there. It is easier for you to be out among others – than to be within yourself.

How do your nails look?
Do you prefer long nails, or slightly shorter nails? Do you bite your nails or are they well groomed? The nails are part of your presentation to the outside, but they also reflect your psyche. The nails reflect how you feel about yourself. If you feel good, your nails will also feel good. Your nails respond to your entire nervous system, which comes from within. So when you encounter something in your everyday life, in your environment, that you are affected by (which strikes an imbalance), your nails will often react. It can be in the form of a white spot, black nail, curved nail, broken nail or frayed nail. The nail calms down as you work on your imbalance.
