Front page / FAQ about energy & consciousness
You probably know it. Stress, mental overload, the body saying no, a firing, a divorce, a death, burnout, serious illness, or sudden life changes you did not choose yourself. When such periods occur, it is often not random. Something in the way you are living your life is shifting.
For many, it feels like a life crisis or like being in a black hole. But in reality, it is often a shift in your consciousness and your life direction, where something old is letting go so something new can emerge.
From an astrological perspective, this can be seen when Pluto, Uranus, or Neptune meet key points in your horoscope. These planets are associated with deep life shifts, dissolution of old patterns, and new directions in life.
3D, 4D, and 5D are used in spiritual communities as models for different levels of consciousness and ways of experiencing reality. They are not physical dimensions, but a spiritual and psychological metaphor that describes how human experience is shaped through body, mind, and relational dynamics.
3D describes a state of consciousness where survival is most dominant. Here, identification with the ego is strong, and reactions often happen quickly and impulsively. The experience is characterized by separation, a need for control, and a search for external comfort and security.
4D describes a transitional state where old ways of thinking, feeling, and living gradually begin to dissolve. At the same time, new perspectives are not yet fully grounded or integrated, creating an experience of movement and change.
5D describes a state of consciousness characterized by integration, presence, and a high degree of inner regulation. Here, the experience is less driven by separation and impulsive reactions, and instead there is a greater ability to be present with what is, without being overwhelmed by it.
You are spiritual when you begin to seek a deeper meaning in life. It is often a movement toward connecting with something greater – both within yourself and beyond yourself.
In this process, inner work, understanding of energy, and an interest in the unexplainable will often begin to take up more space.
A spiritual awakening is a gradual process in which your consciousness expands over time. You begin to question yourself, your life, and the way you previously understood the world. At the same time, you become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and the deeper layers of your own experience.
Intuition is the ability to understand or sense something immediately, without it necessarily being based on logical thinking or conscious analysis. It can be experienced as an inner knowing, a gut feeling, or a quiet inner direction that points to what feels right in a given situation.
In a spiritual or psychological understanding, intuition is seen as a form of inner compass that becomes clearer as you become more aware of your own reactions, thoughts, and emotions.
You can sense your intuition through:
Intuition becomes clearer when you turn down external noise and create space for silence. In practice, this means you begin to notice the first signals instead of only reacting once your thoughts have taken over.
