Chiron in Taurus – do you have trust?
We are entering a time where trust becomes a central theme. Chiron in Aries wanted you to connect with your anger, your will, and your right to exist as you are. The next step is about something completely different. It is about trust.
Trust in life.
Trust in the Universe.
Trust in the body.
Trust in relationships.
Trust in your own values and what you receive from others.
And perhaps especially trust in what cannot be controlled.
When the foundation cracks
Chiron in Taurus reveals the places where the foundation has cracked. Where the human being no longer feels carried by systems, structures, or the reality that previously created stability. Now the question is whether you have enough trust that everything will be okay?
It is not only a personal process. It is collective. The people you meet on your path can mirror something in you. Not as a truth about you, but as something that becomes activated in the encounter. When you are triggered, it is an encounter between something external and something within you that reacts. Some triggers arise because the body registers something before the mind does. Because the nervous system senses insecurity or familiarity. Because your boundaries have been crossed too many times. Because something in you can no longer be in relationships, structures, or environments that drain your life force.
Chiron in Taurus is also about the moment when you discover that you no longer feel safe in what you previously trusted. If we look at it through a developmental line, Taurus is also about the early phase in life where we learn safety through mirroring, rhythm, and contact. The first layers of safety are formed in relation to the environment we are part of. Later in life, these layers can be activated again when something in our foundation changes.
What is actually safety – when the outer world no longer feels stable?
I cannot avoid mentioning economy and security when I write about Chiron in Taurus. The structures we had in the past are changing. They are taken over, broken down, or transformed. They cannot come forward in their existing form. If your Chiron is in imbalance, you will experience it as:
economic insecurity
distrust in institutions
overstimulation in the nervous system
a feeling of being disconnected from nature
people who no longer feel safe in the world
Taurus is an earth element. It is about the concrete, the sensual, and the stable. It is the space that is part of your safety field. Where you feel trust and security. What gives you a sense of safety, rhythm, and continuity.
When Chiron moves into this place, the question arises:
What happens when what I thought was safe no longer feels safe?
Control does not heal the wound
Many will try to create more control.
But Chiron in Taurus is rarely healed through control.
It is healed through reconnection. It happens through:
The body, nature, rhythm, slowness, the simple, what can actually be felt. It is not necessarily about regaining trust in systems. It is about discovering a foundation within yourself that does not collapse when the world around you changes.
When safety becomes dependent on the external world
Chiron in Taurus also shows us where we have made safety something we find outside ourselves:
money
status
relationships
possessions
fixed identities
But when external structures waver, you are forced to ask a deeper question. Do I have a connection to myself? And suddenly your own patterns become more visible through other people.
This is where Taurus begins to work on a much deeper level than economy and material things. Because Taurus, in its essence, is about what can carry life.
The body reacts before the mind does
The body registers insecurity long before the mind does.
The nervous system tightens.
You lose grounding.
The pace increases. And your presence disappears.
You try to fill the emptiness with more stimulation, more information, and more control.
Taurus works slowly. It does not want quick answers. It wants trust, safety, and grounding before anything else.
A new form of security emerges
Chiron in Taurus invites us all to:
live more simply
feel more
slow down
rebuild the connection to the body
create values that evoke trust and safety
and find security at a deeper place than control
The deepest healing is not about constant external security. But about being able to stand within yourself with a deeper grounding, even when the external world shifts.
I wish you a beautiful summer. Love from Malene
