Front page / 3D, 4D, and 5D – levels of consciousness
3D, 4D, and 5D describe different states of consciousness and ways of experiencing reality. These concepts are not physical dimensions, but a modern spiritual metaphorical model for how human experience is organized through body, psyche, and relational processes.
3D describes a state of consciousness characterized by survival, identification with the ego, and a high degree of impulsive reactions, where the experience is marked by separation, control, and a need for external safety.
4D describes a transitional phase where old ways of thinking, feeling, and living begin to dissolve, while new perspectives are not yet fully integrated.
5D describes a state of consciousness characterized by integration, presence, and a high degree of self-regulation, where the experience is less marked by separation and impulsive reactions.
I have explored the 3D, 4D, and 5D concepts over a long period as metaphorical models and integrated them into my therapeutic work with consciousness, relationships, and energy awareness. Understanding these concepts can support increased awareness of one’s own behavior patterns, relationships, and inner states.
It is important to understand that you are not in one fixed state. You move between 3D, 4D, and 5D many times throughout a day, depending on your consciousness, your emotional state, and your way of responding.
This is how your states can shift in everyday life:
You are constantly shifting between different states. The awareness of the shift itself is already part of 4D or 5D. Consciousness is dynamic, and you are not one fixed state. The important thing is that you are able to notice your states and choose how you relate to them.
