WHAT IS CONSCIOUSNESS?

Consciousness is your ability to be aware of yourself and your surroundings. It is the ability to experience, think, feel, and know that you are doing so.

Consciousness often expands when you become aware of more than what your senses immediately tell you. This can include thoughts, feelings, patterns, assumptions, and unconscious reactions that previously controlled you automatically.

Consciousness is everything you know that you know. But consciousness makes up only a small part of the psyche. Beneath the surface exist thoughts, emotions, habits, and patterns that influence you without you necessarily being aware of them.

HOW DOES CONSCIOUSNESS DEVELOP?

  1. Self-observation: Your ability to notice your own thoughts, feelings, and reactions without immediately reacting.
  2. Contact with your inner self: Your ability to stay in contact with bodily sensations, emotions, and intuition without rejecting them.
  3. Expanded perspective: Your ability to see yourself from the outside and read your behavior and reactions.
  4. Pattern recognition: Your ability to detect repetitions in your thoughts, feelings, and reactions over time.
  5. Practice (development): Your ability to master bodily awareness through meditation, silence, and training attention in the body.

LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS – FREQUENCY LAYERS

When we talk about 3D, 4D, and 5D consciousness, it is about different ways of experiencing, interpreting, and responding in life.

You can view them as levels of consciousness or perspectives, where each level represents a specific way of understanding yourself, other people, and the world.

All people move between these levels throughout life. In fact, you can shift between them several times in a single day.

You may react from 3D when you are triggered by fear or stress. You may move into 4D when you begin to observe and reflect on your reaction. And you may experience 5D when you meet a situation with presence, acceptance, and conscious choice.

HOW TO TRAIN CONSCIOUSNESS IN PRACTICE

Consciousness is not developed through knowledge alone. It is developed through observation, presence, and the willingness to meet yourself as you are.

You can train your consciousness through, among other things:

  1. Alone time
  2. Journaling & reflection
  3. Contact with your own energy field (important)
  4. Observation of thoughts and emotions
  5. Observation of behavior without judgment
  6. Silence, breathing exercises, meditation, and yoga
  7. MKraft’s 7-second rule
  8. Conscious choices instead of automatic reactions

 

The purpose is not to change anything, but to discover what is already taking place.
