These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through MKraft, operated by Malene Kraft Scharling.

Payment

MKraft accepts online payments with: Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and ApplePay. The payment will be charged to your account when the product is delivered—i.e., when access to the video is granted. In the case of individual sessions requiring preparation, the payment will be charged at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed with MKraft. For payments made with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the amount will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card, until we either capture or reject the payment. All prices on the website include VAT. Prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK). Gift cards issued by MKraft are valid without time limitation and may be redeemed as long as the company MKraft exists and is in operation. MKraft uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using the SSL protocol. This means your data is secure and cannot be read by external parties. MKraft’s own website also uses SSL encryption.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is up to 7 days. Video links are delivered within 1 hour, while the preparation time for other products may take up to 7 days. I deliver to all countries within the EU and EEA.

 

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for purchases of videos or other products delivered within 24 hours. For products involving preparation, you have the right to withdraw up to 3 business days before delivery.

Requests to exercise a withdrawal must be sent by email to pr*@****ft.dk.

 

Right of complaint

You have full right of complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase if the product is not delivered or if the video cannot be played due to technical reasons attributable to MKraft.

However, if the product is delivered correctly and there are no technical errors caused by MKraft, there is no right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

 

Customer & Privacy Policy

I do not resell or disclose your personal information to others. Your data is only stored in my customer database. You may request deletion of your information at any time. To enter into an agreement with MKraft, I require the following information:

  • Name
  • Astrological data such as date and place of birth
  • E-mail adress

I register your personal data for the sole purpose of delivering the requested service. Your data will be stored for up to five years, after which it will be deleted. When personal data is collected on my website, I ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed about exactly which data is collected and why.

MKraft has access to the information registered about you. As a registered user with MKraft, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is stored about you. These rights are granted under the Danish Data Protection Act, and any inquiries should be directed to: pr*@****ft.dk.

MKraft.dk uses cookies with the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, making your visit as easy and efficient as possible. You may delete cookies from your computer at any time—see the guide under Webshop Cookies and Privacy Policy. MKraft’s cookie policy can be found on MKraft.dk.

I use log statistics on MKraft.dk, which means a statistical system collects data that can provide a statistical overview, such as the number of visitors, where they come from, and which parts of the site are exited, etc. These statistics are used solely to optimize MKraft.dk.

Complaints
