I give you an overview of the language of the body so you can work with your body on your own.
Your body consists of chakras – energy points that function as central hubs for your energy. Each chakra governs different areas of your life and is connected to your physical well-being as well as to emotions and intuition. Chakras cannot be seen, but you can feel them.
There are seven main chakras, located along the spine, from the base at the tailbone to the top of the head:
Root chakra (Muladhara) – connected with safety, survival, and grounding.
Sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) – deals with emotions, creativity, and sexuality.
Solar plexus chakra (Manipura) – governs self-confidence, willpower, and personal power.
Heart chakra (Anahata) – love, compassion, and relationships.
Throat chakra (Vishuddha) – communication, self-expression, and authenticity.
Brow chakra (Ajna) – intuition, insight, and clarity.
Crown chakra (Sahasrara) – connection to the higher self and universal energy.
When the chakras are in balance, energy flows freely, and you feel harmonious and energized. Blockages can create both physical and emotional imbalances. By working with chakras through meditation, visualization, or healing, you can restore energetic balance and create greater inner peace and clarity.
When you change behavior, your body is affected
But healing cannot stand alone. The cause of the imbalance is one of the most important things to work with. It can be old patterns, emotional trauma, stress, or decisions you have not taken responsibility for. When you identify the cause, you can combine chakra work with conscious self-reflection and action so the energy does not only flow temporarily but is truly integrated into the body and life.
Chakra work is therefore not only about feeling good here and now, but about creating a deeper connection to yourself. It is about understanding why you react, feel, or act as you do, and using this understanding to live more authentically, and to be present in the moment.
When you work with your chakras, it also becomes clearer which areas of your life need attention. An imbalanced root chakra can for example show up as anxiety or insecurity, while a blocked heart chakra can create problems with joy and relationships. By feeling and addressing these imbalances, you can begin to create lasting changes, both physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Over the past 30 years, with understanding from client stories and my own process, I have worked with an integration of therapy, astrology, and chakras. I have also personally worked intensively through the body with the understanding of pain, emotions, and energy. It is important to say that there are no shortcuts or quick fixes – but there is care, insight, and strength when you take responsibility for what lives within you.
Observe what happens in your body
You can feel or sense your chakras in different ways:
Emotions and reactions in the body (e.g. tension, restlessness, heat, cold)
Intuition or sudden insights
Energy sensations during meditation or healing
Imbalance can show up through physical symptoms, emotional patterns, or energy blockages
In practice, chakras function as an inner compass that shows where energy flows freely and where attention and balance are needed.
The body is always your best guide. It tells you which chakras are in balance and which need attention.
Root chakra (red)
When your root chakra is balanced, you feel trust, safety, and strength to live your life fully. When it is imbalanced, it can show up as fear, insecurity, financial challenges, or a general lack of grounding.
Sacral chakra (orange)
A healthy sacral chakra gives stable emotions, meaningful relationships, and a warm & kind personality. When it is blocked, emotions can become unstable, libido can drop, relationships can become toxic, and you may experience isolation or depression.
Solar plexus chakra (yellow)
When the Solar Plexus is strong, you feel motivation, personal power, and purpose. Imbalances can show up as low self-esteem, self-centered behavior, excessive perfectionism, or judgment.
Heart chakra (green)
An open heart chakra gives and receives love, care, and compassion. When it is blocked, you can become manipulative, shy, lonely, or feel a lack of empathy.
Throat chakra (blue)
A balanced throat chakra gives clear ideas, honest communication, and the ability to give good advice. Imbalance can manifest as lying, gossip, verbal abuse, or power issues.
Brow chakra / Third eye (indigo)
When the third eye is open, you have intuition, clarity, and easy decision-making. Imbalances can cause overthinking, mistrust, migraines, vision problems, or narrow-mindedness.
Crown chakra (violet)
A balanced crown chakra gives empathy toward all and a strong connection to the Universe. When it is imbalanced, you may feel confusion, lack of purpose, chronic exhaustion, materialism, or lack of spiritual connection.
Everything is energy, therefore you must change the energy
By learning to read the signals of the body, you can begin to understand where energy is blocked and which chakras you should work with to restore balance and harmony.
The pain and tension you feel in the body can often be related to specific chakras. If you have chest pain, look at the heart chakra. If you have challenges with feet or legs, look at the root chakra. If you experience pain or discomfort in the throat, check the throat chakra.
In the horoscope, your houses and aspects will be strongly affected. Areas that normally function well may feel imbalanced and restricted, and your general energy flow can feel heavy or blocked. To create action and progress, a certain amount of frequency and energy is required.
Fortunately, you can increase your frequency and create better flow yourself:
Meditation, affirmations, and gratitude – strengthen your inner focus and open energy.
Fresh air, walks in nature, and movement – give the body and energy space to flow freely.
Unprocessed food – raises frequency and nourishes the body on all levels.
People and experiences that awaken love and joy – fill you with positive energy.
Love, care, safety, and sex – strengthen your connection to yourself and others.
The feeling of growth, development, and renewal – keeps energy moving and gives life force.
When you consciously work with these areas, you can gradually create balance, release blockages, and restore a harmonious energy flow in your horoscope and in life in general.
Do not get lost in your pain. One day it will become your healing.
