Do you know your inner child?
Your inner child also sits in your hands. And so nicely reveals your work with yourself. And we all have an inner child – even several. The injured child and the healthy child. We can react in low-frequency energy (destructive anger, yelling, pointing fingers, etc.) when we have not taken care of our “child”. We react to the imbalance. Even in advanced adulthood. “The child” makes noise if you are out too much – not learning, not listening, not paying attention to the little child in there.
Have you noticed whether you take care of your feelings nicely and lovingly? It can be anger, jealousy, bitterness, shyness or something else. Or whether you hide in busyness, internet, TV, criticism of others and other things that take you away from yourself and your feelings.
Your inner child sits right in the middle of your palm. Most people have the “child” sitting in the middle of the head line and the destiny line. Where the lines cross. It is the energy in the hands that I use to read. The child comes in pictures. And comes in colors that tell something about the mood/feeling you experienced as a child.
It can be difficult to find your inner child in your own hands. But you can feel it instead. It is also far more rewarding. I am nevertheless of the conviction that we must get away from the net and into ourselves – to be able to be healthy in space together.
Presence gives self-esteem
Direct your attention/awareness to your inner child. Maybe you can sense how old you were when the feeling you’re struggling with first arose. You are now asking yourself:
- What was it like to be me then?
- What did I need?
- What do I wish an adult had told me?
Working with yourself is in no way selfish. It is insightful and actually very helpful to other people. Who wouldn’t want to be in a room with someone who listens and is balanced – rather than someone who has a big ego and craves the energy to be recognized and seen.
