Everybody has an intuition. Everybody has feelings and can feel. Everybody has the opportunity to develop their clairvoyant abilities. Everybody IS energy. Everybody consists of an energy field. Your energy field is YOU – and is filled with everything that you use energy on or send energy to. Your energy field is composed of energy frequencies that originate from your early programming, your childhood, your focus field and your future focus. In order to change your energy field in a positive direction (work with imbalances and inappropriate behavior) and thus achieve changes, you must spend time with you. And only you. You must be alone with you. All alone. Also in mind. In the emotions. But also in your actions.
The time with yourself is the most important – only you can make a difference
When you work with yourself, you must do it inside yourself. If you involve others, you risk not taking ownership of your own energy, and will always look to others when you have something that you need to solve. It may be natural for you to reach out to others, you may not know of anything else to do. A good friend can easily support you. But they will always be coloured and influenced by their own energy field. Therefore, the best help comes to and from you.
A psychologist, psychotherapist, friend or others can assist if you need help in your process. But it is in you and with you that your imbalances must be resolved. By you. The energy you send to yourself helps to maintain or break down your energy field. Your energy field is in constant adjustment and breaks down when you encounter low frequency, inappropriate or missing energy. EVERYTHING is energy. Thoughts, feelings and actions are energy. Your energy field needs you to be alone with you. You are alone when you sit on a chair and close your eyes. You are alone when you lie in your bed and focus on your breathing.
Focus & Concentration
Your energy field is affected by your focus. Everything that you focus on is translated into a frequency in your energy field. It is the frequency that you partially attract from and that you feel from. Your energy field thrives when you focus on what gives you energy. It raises your energy field and you get the feeling of having more energy.
It takes practice to stay focused. It requires you to listen and find presence. It requires calmness and undisturbedness. It takes practice to find focus. The more you train your focus, the better you will become. You must exercise every day. Start with 5 minutes every day. You can train your focus (your presence) when you talk to others (=listen without interruption) or when you have a specific task that you need to perform. Notice how many times you lose your focus. Remember that you become good at what you practice. If you practice losing focus, that’s what you’ll become good at. If you practice being aware, that’s what you become good at. Everything requires training.
Can you keep your concentration?
You are distracted many times a day. Distracted of something that is good, but also of something that is inappropriate for you. The distraction destroys your focus. Therefore, you must help yourself to stay focused. You need to spot all the distractions that you encounter during a day. Notice when and how you are distracted. You raise your awareness when you realize that you are focused – and when you are not.
Goals, sub-goals – how do you reach the goal?
What is your goal? Define your goal. Ask yourself: Why is this your specific goal? An unrealistic goal can be a skip action for an imbalance you don’t want to adress. In order to reach the goal, you have to work with yourself at the same time. You must be willing to concentrate, train and stay focused. You must be ready to work towards your goal. You need to concentrate. When you concentrate, you understand your mind. You have to change your mind and make an effort.
Be realistic about achieving your goal.
You need time to train. You need the energy to train. You must want to train. Achieving a specific goal requires you to match what you want to achieve. In your frequency. Your energy must match your goal. You do this by making sub-goals. You take the focus off your goal. And work your way up through your sub-goals.
Train your concentration as you exercise physically
Be positive in your training. Praise yourself. Practice. Be the energy/frequency that you aim for. Exercise 5-30 minutes daily. Not more. Train every day. Take a break. When you take a break from your training, you practice being concentrated elsewhere in your everyday life.
If you e.g. want to run a marathon. You think that it’s cool and a fantastic experience to be cheered on over the last 5 km – and finally reach the finish line. It is important to firstly make sure that you even want to train. If so, set yourself some intermediate goals. For example a training schedule per week. Each week you have a new goal and all the weeks together make up your total goal.
Your training requires you to train, be present and conscious EVERY week. Or almost every week. When you reach your milestones, you have a better chance of reaching your goal.
Your intuition
Your intuition is the contact with yourself. It is always present when you stay with yourself. If you run out to others and “live” or “are”, then you lose contact. Everyone has an intuition. Intuition is energy. The energy is high frequency. Working in high frequency energy requires you to work with your own energy field.
When we work clairvoyantly, we work in high frequency energy. We see clearly, we hear clearly, we feel clearly, we speak clearly, etc. We are clairvoyant when we say things without interference, consideration or conclusion. We speak cleanly and without our unbalanced ego. We are speaking from the high frequency energy. We feel differently. And therefore you should always find your own way of working with the high-frequency energy. The purest and clearest messages are those that come to you when you are not seeking them. They come while you are e.g. in the shower, greet the neighbour, in your sleep, through thoughts, images, etc. They do this even if you do not work as a clairvoyant.
If your mind needs attention, limit your help to others. You need yourself first!
