If you have read my blog before, you will know that my focus is on you. And only you. And always you. Because the easiest thing to do is to point out and say that it’s someone else’s fault. That way, you avoid taking a stance, action, and responsibility for what happens.
But that’s not how our energy system works. The energy system doesn’t care if you need to “hang the blame” somewhere. It also doesn’t care if you cultivate a victim role, overthink, or just let things slide. The energy moves on regardless of what you decide.
That’s why it’s so important for you to learn to manage the energy. The energy lies in your behavior, your actions, your rhythm, your breathing, and your mindset. All that is inside you. Your inner power. There is a lot inside you, both the good and the not so good.
Your inner power is greater than you think
Your love is inside you. All the good. All that you are. Your light. But your blockages are also inside you. All the untouched and sometimes dark sides. Your experiences, your programming, your wounds—with the gaps where you lacked care to feel safe in a situation—are inside you.
No matter what is hidden inside, it’s something you need to set free. The blockages that are set free don’t come back. If you’ve done your work of forgiving and letting go. Then they don’t come back. Unless you decide they should. The energy system is brilliantly designed; you are quickly rewarded for your inner work. Just notice where your focus is. Are you nurturing all that is unhelpful—or are you getting help to let go, so you can focus on what lifts you?
Your biggest challenge is when you hold on. Holding on because it is familiar, because you don’t let the new in (here: new behavior) and because it’s hard to let go. Once you learn the technique of letting go and moving on, you’ve come a long way. You know when you have let go. You feel it quickly in your mindset.
Mindset—when the headline is overworked
Your mindset in your hands can be easily spotted. It lies in your skin, your communication lines, and your headline. The headline reveals how you think, how much you think, but also how you manage your mindset. Your mindset is also revealed in the way your hands come to the table in a palm reading. It shows the state of your mindset. In the skin, there are areas that can light up very red or very white. These colors also show that you need to look at your mindset.
The white (across the whole hand) is the anxiety, fear, insecurity, and doubt coming from your root chakra. The red (in the lunar area) is your surface, emotions, what you lack to feel, etc.
In the horoscope, it is your Mercury that reveals the state. It’s the aspects running from Mercury to other planets. They tell you what you need to work on in your behavior so that the gaps I talk about can be healed. When you heal the gaps, you will feel more whole.
Your inner power lies in the axes
I also use the axes ASC/DSC and MC/IC. They are you. One represents your identity. Your posture, your physique, your behavior. Both yours, and what you see in others. Because what you see and experience in others—is also you. While the other axis shows how you step into yourself (your contact with your inner child), but also how you step out with your behavior towards others. The two axes need to balance. They start to do so when you change.
The best thing you can do is to get to know these two axes. Both the strengths of the axes (the signs they are in) and the unbalanced sides that lie there.
There are many ways to work on yourself, but one thing is certain—you need to do many things to reach your goal. There isn’t a quick fix that will do it for you. Your healing power resides within you, so it’s you who needs to do the work. The healing power needs to be awakened. And you need to dare to awaken it.
You shouldn´t pretend
If you are feeling bad, are sad, in crisis — you shouldn’t pretend that everything is fine. That doesn’t heal the gaps. It’s just repeating a pattern that lies deep in Pluto’s energy. Your inheritance. If you are feeling bad and are sad—and can’t handle it yourself, please seek help. That’s the best thing you can do for yourself.
