I believe that therapy doesn’t just happen in the session – it happens in everyday life. When you come to me, you receive the tools that support you in transforming, shifting, releasing or letting go of what’s holding you back. The goal is to find clarity, joy, and – most importantly – understanding and acceptance.

Therapy with me is used constructively. I help you understand how your actions affect your life.

I always work with the root cause, not just the symptoms. I believe that true change comes from within. Your relationships will come and go as you grow and evolve. I can help you heal – but it is you who must create the change. You need to follow through, shift your strategy, and realize that your behavior is what shapes your life.
