“How old will I get?”
It’s a question I’ve heard again and again in the 25 years I’ve been reading hands.
A question I can’t – and won’t – answer.
But I can give you something far more important:
A simple answer to how you can keep your life force strong – no matter how many years you live.
The interesting question might not be “how long will you live?”, but what makes you feel alive?
The reason I can’t answer is because the lines I was taught would measure age – they never match up.
The bracelets you can see around your wrist – the books say each one represents 30 years.
But I’ve met people well into their 90s who only had one or two bracelets.
That’s when I knew:
I can’t rely on those lines.
And the reason I won’t answer is even more important.
Because to be told, “you have two years left” – that’s not a message anyone should carry around.
Whether it’s true or not, the brain hears it as truth.
It starts a chain of thoughts – and it can drain all the will to live from a person.
The brain is the best pharmacy in the world.
My job is to lift the client who’s fallen the furthest.
To give them life and hope.
Yes, I must be honest – but I must also show you that you have more influence than you think.
You ask because you want to prepare.
To have control.
Or because you’re afraid of wasting time.
It’s completely natural to ask.
It may also be that you’re ill and naturally want an answer about your age.
Maybe you’re afraid of dying – or struggling to live.
It’s not the life in the years, but the years in the life that make the difference.
I’m more interested in when you feel alive than in focusing on your date of death.
Your focus is crucial to your life force.
Since 2020, I’ve seen a marked increase in clients focused on illness and death.
Privately, I’ve also experienced both illness and death in my closest circle.
It has awakened something in me.
I had a client who dragged herself in to see me.
And when I say dragged, I mean it – she could barely walk, her face was gray and lifeless.
She was sad, hopeless, and in extreme physical pain.
She could hardly stand up. That’s how much pain she was in.
It was one of my hardest readings – but also the most important and the most honest.
I explained to her that pain comes with emotions, wisdom, and messages.
Pain is the body’s way of saying your vibration is too low.
You have to lift yourself.
Do things that make you happy.
You have the power.
I only have the words.
Your vibration can drop, even when you’re doing something that once made you happy.
When we’re meant to shift and change – and we don’t – the vibration drops.
That’s the body’s way of saying stop.
It’s the body’s way of speaking feelings.
What’s bothering you? I asked her.
“I’m disappointed that I got fired.”
I told her that forgiveness was the way into the pain.
She couldn’t get the job back – so she had to let it go.
Forgiveness helps maintain a high frequency.
Forgive, release, and move on.
She left me with rosy cheeks, tears of joy, and her head held high.
Today, she’s pain-free.
You can strengthen your life force by:
– Doing something every day that brings you joy
– Connecting with your breath – through running, walking, or breathing exercises
– Speaking kindly to and about yourself
– Listening to music that lifts you
– Getting enough sleep – transitions drain you
– Eating nourishing food
– Having something to look forward to
– Being all that you want to be
You don’t need to know how long you’re going to live.
You deserve to feel truly alive – every single day.
