What happens during a transit?
You feel energy daily. I work on the basis that everything is energy. My starting point is always to work on the basis that your behavior can help change your energy field. This strengthens you, so you raise your frequency and find peace and joy more easily. The more you recognize the energy, the more aware you become.
You feel that you desire something (it can even be something you don’t really want). Before then, you haven’t noticed much. But the desire comes suddenly. These are the rapid transits, where the SUN, MOON, MERCURY, VENUS or MARS crosses any planet in your horoscope. What you feel leads to action (not acting is also an action).
You are affected by these quick transits. They are also in your palms as small lines that come and go. And if you don’t get to know them, you will continue your unconscious actions over and over again. I refer to your inappropriate actions. The ones where you use low-frequency energy (worry, blame, anger, revenge, hatred, envy, misunderstood communication, fear, irritations, anger, etc.). The actions that help to downgrade you. So you drain yourself.
They can be difficult to change. You find comfort in them. They are safe because you know them. Not because they are good for you. But how do you replace them?
The energy makes holes. If you remove something, you need to replace it with something new. If you remove an inappropriate action, you need to replace it with an appropriate action. If you remove the chocolate, you need to replace it with something healthy. etc.
When transits change your behavior
Let me give you an example.
You are in the kitchen with your partner. He/she says a sentence that hits right into your wound (your imbalance). You feel yourself getting angry with him/her. You act on your anger with an inappropriate behavior (communication). You want to get rid of it. Your body needs emptying. Therefore you send your anger back to your partner. You won’t accept it.
But this is where you can make a difference. This is where you should look inward.
Change your starting point. It is in the minutes when your feeling is most intense that you need to remain within yourself and your body. Breathe deeply into your stomach – while your aspect “peaks” (you easily feel it peaking!).
The trick is now to say no to your partner, depending on the situation. Maybe You should stay vulnerable and tell why that sentence hit you. It’s about you consciously working at a higher frequency so that you heal your imbalance. Your body cannot hear who you are talking to. It simply picks up your frequency.
Your imbalance can be about many things. It’s something you haven’t been able to balance in the past. Your needs have not been met, repeatedly. You have not been recognized. Maybe for you the art of saying something in return is in general. You become speechless and say nothing. This is where you have to say something. Your body recognizes the pattern. You are not heard and acknowledged. That is exactly what you are reacting to.
You react most of all to your imbalances!
Do something different than you usually do. Then you get a different result. Your transit happens no matter what you do. And your transit disappears, so the feeling in your body will probably go away. But if you want to have a new starting point in the future, you need to train.
The more you practice this technique, the more you will gain access to your anger and the imbalances that are hidden within you. You will achieve a deeper understanding of what is hidden in the planet that the rapid transit passes. It is your radix (you) that needs to change. If you change, you also attract differently. If you change in the minutes your transit lasts, you will slowly discover that over time you do not feel these transits.
