A spiritual awakening is a process in which you gradually expand your consciousness over time. You begin to question yourself, your life, and your way of being in the world. You become more aware of your thoughts, your emotions, and who you truly are. In this process, your relationship with the ego changes, and a deeper connection to a more conscious self emerges.
No spiritual awakenings are the same. For many, the process is experienced as a period of inner unrest or darkness, followed by greater clarity, release, and surrender. What is common to the process is that it involves a deeply personal transformation, where your way of understanding yourself and life changes over time.
There are many different phases in a spiritual awakening. Not everyone experiences them in the same way or in the same order, but there are some recurring patterns that many will recognize. You can easily be in several phases at the same time.

You have stopped abandoning yourself
