They especially show where you can create change if you want to work on yourself.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">I always read both hands. Always.<br \/>For many years, I believed the left hand represented age 0 to 29, and the right hand from age 29 and onward. But with training and experience comes insight. An insight that made me reflect on what the real difference actually is between the right and left hand.<br \/>The short answer \u2013 there is none.<br \/>You are 0 to 100 years old in both hands.<br \/>You are your inner self in both hands.<br \/>You are your actions in both hands.<br \/>I use the difference between the two hands to open up the reading.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">I use the left hand to read what lies hidden in the feminine energy \u2013 the one that leads to the heart. I don\u2019t distinguish whether you are right- or left-handed. After all, that wasn\u2019t known when you were in your mother\u2019s womb and your lines were formed.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The feminine energy expresses what you regulate internally. It is your emotional depth and sensitivity. It is where you reflect. Your self-awareness and inner work. In your left hand lives your inner world \u2013 how you experience being you. What remains and exists within you. How you perceive yourself. But especially how you process what you emotionally need to work through.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">I use the right hand to see how you manage the masculine energy.<br \/>The masculine energy expresses what you show to the world.<br \/>It shows how you handle life\u2019s energies.<br \/>How you express being you.<br \/>How you act.<br \/>Your extroverted expression.<br \/>Your right hand is \u201chow do I present myself to the world?\u201d<\/p><p class=\"p1\">There is an interplay between the right and the left hand. Of course there is. And this is where the difference appears.<br \/>The difference between the feminine and the masculine.<br \/>If I\u2019m in doubt about the energy distribution, I\u2019m fortunate to have an energy chart from my astrology program that helps clarify the balance.<br \/>The hands, for good reason, cannot show everything \u2013 otherwise, they would be filled to the brim with lines.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Look at your left hand. What do you see? Start with one of the four major lines.<br \/>You can read about them in my palm reading guide, which is available in MKraft PRO \u2013 completely free.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Are the lines the same? What stands out?<br \/>The line you see in the left is your inner barometer, and the line in the right shows how you step out into the world.<br \/>You can go through all the lines for even greater insight.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">If there\u2019s a big difference between your lines, it may indicate an inner fear \u2013 where you have potential, but don\u2019t manage to bring yourself along into action. This is often seen when there is balance in the left, but the lines in the right hand lack clarity or don\u2019t have enough energy in the drawn line.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">It can also be the opposite: your inner world is more chaotic, but you manage to deal with it on your own \u2013 and step out strong and confident. The variations are many. Just as many as there are hands.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Is your heart line in the left hand soft and curved \u2013 but in the right hand broken, very short, or weak?<br \/>Then you may have the ability to feel deeply but have difficulty expressing it.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">So the next time you look at your hands, ask yourself:<br \/>\u201cWhat is it I feel \u2013 and what is it I show?\u201d<br \/>Your hands don\u2019t lie.<br \/>They show where you are \u2013 and where you can grow.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>Malene Kraft Scharling:<\/b><br \/><i>\u201cThe inner is felt \u2013 the outer is seen.
